Meet the newest candidates for the Eastridge Hills Board of Directors.
Carolyn Goodall and Eddie Williams
Carolyn Goodall, living on Donald Ridge Court and Eddie Williams who lives on the corner of Bridle Ridge and Coast Oak Court are running for seats on the Eastridge Hills HOA Board. Since the other three candidates are incumbant, they will run on their record. You already know their political history what they’ve accomplished during their self appointed terms of office.
Meet Carolyn Goodall: Compassionate Leader with a No-Nonsense Heart
Candidate for the Board of Directors
Carolyn Goodall brings more than just experience to the table—she brings heart, grit, and a decade-long legacy of leading with purpose in healthcare.
For over ten years, Carolyn served in senior leadership roles at Sutter Care at Home, where she helped shape and guide home health and hospice services across the region. She first joined Sutter in 2015 as the Director of Accreditation and Licensure, a role that took her out of hands-on clinical work and into the world of system-wide quality and compliance. Her mission? Getting 16 locations across California ready for their very first national accreditation surveys. Let’s just say—Carolyn doesn’t shy away from a challenge. Her direct, Midwestern style and sharp focus on excellence led to a successful survey cycle that continues to this day.
After a brief return to operations, Carolyn dove into hospice care—a new field for her at the time—and quickly found it to be a true calling. She discovered a deep respect for those who provide care at life’s most vulnerable moments, and eventually rose to become Executive Director of both the Home Health and Hospice programs. It’s no surprise—her entire career has been dedicated to compassionate care, strategic leadership, and helping teams rise to the occasion.
Now, Carolyn is looking to bring that same thoughtful leadership and community spirit to our Board of Directors. Whether it’s healthcare or HOA policy, she believes in clear communication, accountability, and the power of working together.
Let’s give her a warm welcome—and keep an eye on the ballots!
Elect Eddie Williams: Powering Up Eastridge Hills with Experience and Grit
Candidate for the Board of Directors
Eddie Williams doesn’t just keep the lights on—he’s been helping keep California’s power grid running safely, efficiently, and reliably for over two decades. Now he’s ready to energize Eastridge Hills with leadership that’s transparent, practical, and rooted in real-world experience.
By day, Eddie is the Lead Reliability Coordinator at the California Independent System Operator (CAISO)—the nonprofit that manages the flow of electricity for 80% of California’s grid and parts of Nevada. It’s a role that requires precision, accountability, and fast problem-solving—skills that translate perfectly to the issues homeowners care about most.
Before joining CAISO, Eddie served as Operations Supervisor for Pacific Gas & Electric, where he oversaw infrastructure improvements that directly impacted community safety and service reliability. He’s also a long-standing expert on zoning regulations for Solano County and the City of Fairfield—making him the most experienced candidate on that front. Simply put, when it comes to how our community works (and how it should work), Eddie knows his stuff.
Eddie’s dedication doesn’t stop at the workplace. He’s served on the Supervisory Committee and Board of Directors for the Shell Western States Federal Credit Union and currently serves as a Shop Steward with IBEW Local 1245. Whether it’s managing risk, protecting member privacy, or advocating for worker rights, Eddie is no stranger to representing people and getting things done.
So why is he running for our HOA Board? In Eddie’s words: The current board members refuse to hold the management company accountable. It’s time to raise the bar. Eddie wants to restore trust, respect homeowners’ rights, and rewrite outdated, unenforceable rules—replacing penalties with pride and property restrictions with reason.
If you’re tired of bureaucracy and ready for bold, informed leadership, Eddie Williams is the clear choice.
Let’s plug in to progress—vote Eddie for HOA Board!
