The Eastridge Hills HOA Board is happy to report that essential repairs and preventative maintenance to the Bridle Ridge Gate (Back Gate) have been successfully completed on-time and on-budget.
Following recent executive team inspections of the gate equipment, guard house and other HOA-owned property we discovered needed structural repairs and contracted to replaced worn bearings on the entry and exit gates to ensure another 25 years of safe, smooth operation.
We also had the opportunity to observe excessive construction and heavy truck traffic. The Eastridge Hills HOA Board is rightfully concerned that gate access violations, heavy road use and the additional stress on equipment could accelerate failures and future unplanned costs to our membership.
We will be monitoring the situation and should additional response be necessary, we will be looking for responsible solutions with minimal disruptions and costs. It goes without saying … we appreciate your patience and understanding when this kind of work is required.
