Eastridge Hills HOA Directors Set the Record Straight
Reality:
On Friday, September 25, 2025, The Kelly Company – our outgoing management firm – let its Appfolio software spit out a false billing reminder. It told homeowners to send their October dues to The Kelly Company. Wrong address, wrong company, wrong move.
Fast forward to Monday, September 29th at 4:00 p.m.—after pressure from your new Board of Directors – The Kelly Company finally hit “send” on a correction. Their message admitted:
“Notification was sent in error from Appfolio regarding upcoming dues payments. Silvercreek will be the new managing agent as of October 1, 2025. Please ensure that you send your payments to them at:
Eastridge Hills HOA
c/o Silvercreek Association Mgmt Processing Center
PO Box 94954
Las Vegas, NV 89193
Questions? Call Silvercreek at (800) 922-1106.”
Consequences:
Confusion was real. Members were misdirected. But the good news is this: Your Eastridge Hills HOA Board of Directors took immediate action. We forced The Kelly Company to admit the mistake and issue the apology. That’s accountability, plain and simple.
Call to Action:
Going forward, please:
1. Ignore any future noise from The Kelly Company.
2. Send your payments only to Silvercreek Association Managers (address above).
3. Trust your Board – we are watching the details, catching the errors, and standing guard over your interests.
Because at the end of the day, homeowners shouldn’t be the ones cleaning up management’s mess. That’s our job – and we’re on it.

Never would have known there is now a website for the HOA. Received a correspondence that was dated September 23 regarding the change in management but was not received until near the end of September, this is how I found out about the website. While it is good to see Kelly has been removed, the new company, Silvercreek, has started off on the wrong foot. They do not have the capability for ACH withdrawal from accounts to pay for the dues unless the payee is willing to pay a processing fee of $3.25 per transaction. After communication with the service representative, was told bill pay can be set up with bank BUT Eastridge Hills HOA is not available on any bank platform! Therefore, banks will process the bill pay but it can only be paid via physical check.
As much as Kelly company was difficult to deal with paying an additional $3.25 processing fee every month because the management company does not have the capability to do what seems like a simple process is unacceptable.
Change Isn’t Always Comfortable – But It’s a Change Worth Making
Reality: We completely understand that switching management companies is frustrating—especially when it comes to something as routine as paying dues. While it would be nice if every transition to a better system were seamless, that’s rarely the case.
Silvercreek may not have the same ACH feature you were used to, but here’s the truth behind the numbers: the old company, Kelly Management, wasn’t offering free ACH transfers either. They simply rolled their processing costs into everyone’s monthly management fees, so each homeowner was indirectly paying for the convenience—even those who didn’t use ACH.
Consequences: By moving to Silvercreek, we’ve cut hidden costs and gained transparency. Silvercreek charges transaction fees only to those who choose optional conveniences (like direct ACH or credit card). They also offer several no-fee payment options, including:
• Setting up free bill pay through your bank (your bank mails a physical check to Silvercreek),
• Or mailing a personal check directly to the new payment address.
While no one loves change, we’re already seeing the benefits: Silvercreek’s accounting team is helping your new Board correct multiple accounting errors left behind by Kelly Company – some significant enough to impact the HOA’s budget. Their firm employs over 15 accounting professionals working to ensure every dollar is properly tracked.
Call to Action: We ask for a little patience as we get this new partnership fully dialed in. The goal is not just convenience – it’s accuracy, accountability, and long-term financial health for our entire community.
If you’d like help setting up the new payment method or reviewing your account options, please contact Silvercreek’s homeowner support at (800) 922-1106, or visit https://portal.silvercreekam.com for step-by-step instructions.
And yes—if you’re one of the credit-card reward enthusiasts, here’s your silver lining: Kelly Company never offered airline miles with your HOA dues.
