NEXT REGULAR BOARD MEETING: The next regular Eastridge Hills HOA Board of Directors meeting will be held December 3rd, 2025, via zoom video conference. The meeting agenda will be emailed to those who have opted in for electronic disclosure notification and mailed to those who have not, no less than 4 days prior to the meeting. This isn’t just another meeting—it’s one that will directly engage with our community’s future of our fines structure. The meeting in Executive Session runs from 5:00 to 6:00 p.m. but you are not invited to that part…the general meeting starts after 6:00 p.m.
